EXECUTIVE AND MANAGEMENT COACHING

We work closely with leaders at various levels in your organization to support their skill development and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Each coaching program is designed individually to meet the goals of the leader.

Coaching for Development

We utilize a 360-degree assessment process to assist in the coaching process. Depending on the needs and interests of the client, we may use a sophisticated on-line tool, conduct interviews with key stakeholders or, as we do in many cases, use both approaches.

A 360-degree assessment provides an invaluable opportunity for leaders to receive feedback from direct reports, peers and others who depend on the leader for guidance, direction and partnership. Our approach helps the team give difficult feedback in a direct but non-threatening way which sets the stage for professional development and/or improvement in performance and interpersonal effectiveness.

After providing the leader with confidential feedback, we will work with them over a designated period of time to support their development.

Team Coaching

Some clients retain us to coach an entire team, which maximizes the impact of the individual coaching, since leadership performance is always affected and enhanced by the team's performance.
