Corporate Strategies takes on assignments for positions at the Director level and above to accommodate the growth and change of our mutual clients. They utilize an extensive network of contacts and a customized approach to locating the right candidate to fit our client’s requirements. They also serve as coaches throughout the interviewing, evaluation, selection and delicate negotiation process.

LuAnn Carlson, Principal with Corporate Strategies brings over 25 years business experience combined between consulting and retained executive search. Her clients have spanned multiple industries, including consumer products, technology, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, construction and non-profits. Previously, she spent 6 years with Deloitte & Touche as a CPA, providing audit and consulting services. LuAnn has served on multiple Boards locally, and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, Puget Sound’s Civic Leadership Development Program. She is a frequent speaker on topics of recruitment strategies, interviewing and selection techniques, and leadership development.
