Just as every organization is unique, each project we take on is customized according to the needs and priorities of the individual client. Engagements by The Washington Firm range from ongoing consulting for large organizations, to tactical support for specific initiatives, programs, or interventions, to “just-in-time” HR for smaller organizations with only an occasional need for our services. Operating in a spirit of partnership, we develop a detailed understanding of each company we work with in order to remain at the ready to provide responsive, effective, and cost-efficient support any time the need arises.
Engagements of all types are delivered from beginning to end by experienced HR professionals, rather than being left to junior staff for execution. Our consultants take a collaborative approach to addressing our clients’ needs, drawing on each other’s specialized skills to address new challenges and providing backup when a client’s primary contact is unavailable.
While we do offer a broad range of services, we’re committed to staying within clearly defined areas of expertise and only taking on jobs we know we can do well. If we’re not the best firm to meet your needs, we’ll tell you so, and help you find a more suitable provider–because we believe that building trust shouldn’t be limited to our own clients.
